My name is Lucy (Mulhall) Rock and I'm the owner and trainer in LuCo. I have always enjoyed exercise and found it beneficial not only for my sports performance and physical health but also, and perhaps most importantly, for my mental health. Team sports provided me with the perfect blend of physical activity and connection and I hope to recreate this Team environment in LuCo. LuCo will be a place where everyone is welcome, where trying news things is encouraged and where we can all seek connection and challenge.


Every session at LuCo is coached, guided, and built to help you move with purpose. Whether it’s a buzzing group class or a focused Train session, you’ll never be left guessing — and never training alone. I hope that you will come and join our team.

What do we offer at LuCo?

LuCo Team - Group Classes

Group classes are aimed at those who want a high paced, busy training environment. Working alongside others can help push your boundaries and bring out your competitive side. A mix of functional fitness and cardio - building strength endurance and an aerobic fitness base. And why not grab a coffee and debrief the workout after!

LuCo Train - Small Group Training 

I'm very excited to bring a semi-private training model to LuCo. Have access tailored individual plans and access to 1 on 1 coaching but in a small group environment and without the cost of personal training. Enjoy setting goals and working towards them in alongside like-minded people.

Personal Training (Online & In Person)

Ideal for those who would like to build confidence before joining a group environment or those outside of the local area. I will create a personal training plan and provide nutritional and lifestyle advice to help you achieve your goals. The idea is to educate and build confidence with the aim of joining small group sessions eventually.

Masters Classes



A class designed to build strength, aerobic fitness and maintain muscle mass as you age. Even more importantly, this class will help you build confidence in your body and meet other like-minded people.
